Introduction:
- Dryer is used for compressed air
- Tower, one set of switching valves and one set of controlling system
- In the switching time, one tower is adsorbing while the other one is regenerating
- When adsorbing, the compressed air flow through the air inlet valve, then flow into the tower to adsorb
- When regenerating, a portion of dried air is diverted from the main pipeline as regeneration gas, then through the throttle orifice to reduce it’s pressure
- Regeneration gas flow by inlet valve into the adsorber to regenerating, then pass through the outlet valve and be discharged through the muffle to atmosphere
